Our Discord
You don't need Discord to play, but it is where the server is run from. The channels worth knowing:

Opening a ticket
A ticket is a private conversation with the Moderation Team.
- Join our Discord and open #📞｜support.
- Under 🎫 Open a Support Ticket, open the menu Open a ticket — choose a category…
- Pick the category that fits and fill in the short form.
- A private ticket channel opens for you. The team replies there as soon as they can.
- When you are sorted, press 🔒 Close, then Confirm close.
Which category?
| Category | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Access Issues | You can't log in or connect, VPN or whitelist problems, or perks not arriving. |
| Accident & Restore | Lost items, progress, tiles or animals to a game error — a car stuck in a tree, a bad fall, a desync death. Footage or screenshots are required. |
| Report Player | Someone breaking the rules. Please read the rules first. |
| In-Game Help | Anything the other options don't cover. Low priority, and not for bug reports. |
There are also categories for donators and for applying to join the team.
What to include
- Your in-game name.
- What happened and when — server time is UK time.
- The exact message you saw, if there was one.
- Screenshots or a clip. Required for restores, and they speed up every other ticket too.
Not a ticket
- Bugs go in #🐛｜bug-reports.
- Quick questions go in #💬｜help-chat — or search this wiki.
- Kicked while joining? Try Failed checksum and Connection problems first; they fix most cases in minutes.
